Payment

You agree to provide accurate billing information. Providing false or inaccurate information may result in order cancellation and may be reported to relevant authorities in cases of suspected fraud.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times vary by destination:

• United States: 7–18 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 5–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–25 business days

Returns, refunds and cancellations

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at contact@rodentguardix.com within 30 days to initiate a return.

Return conditions

• Items must be returned in their original or reasonable condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent
• We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse or damage not caused by a product defect

Refund processing
